Small compressors from Dürr Technik are as standard 100% continuous running, very quiet, and universally applicable due to protection class IP54. The A-025 type is able to cover diverse voltages and frequencies with its flexible dual voltage motor. Owing to a well-proven technology a performance of between 38 l/min and 78 l/min can be achieved by our most extensive product range.
Oil free compressors from Dürr Technik are of the highest quality, maintenance-free, extremely quiet, especially reliable and long lasting.
Oil-free compressors in this range are mainly used for valve- or cylinder control in OEM applications, but these compact products with protection class IP 54 have also been proven in the water treatment sector for many years. The KK15 range also covers oil-free compressors with DC motors.

Powerful oil-free compressors of this range are available as 1- and 2- cylinder products.
Their specific characteristic: These compressors are able to operate at ambient temperatures up to 55° C in continious operation and offer many advantages:: maximum reliability, long lifetime, integrated start-up volume to easen the start and low gas outlet temperatures.

By a highly intensive cooling, which is integrated in the crank casing a continous running at max 10 bar is ensured. In comparison with other compressed air compressors the big filter surface of the suction filter with 10 µ guarantees a long lifetime and an optimal suction behaviour. Due to the missing of external pipes the compressed air compressors of the range Marathon, are espescially compact.

With the next generation of the E-Bull, Dürr Technik is optimising its innovative range of oil-free piston compressors, which are specially designed for rail and commercial vehicles such as trains, trucks and buses and as well as for industrial applications.
In the field of mobility, where every gram counts, the low weight of the E-Bull reduces energy consumption and increases payload. With a power consumption of only 10.6 watts/l/min, the next generation oft this versatile piston compressor belongs in the upper efficiency class. Despite its high performance, it is extremely quiet and makes a significant contribution to reducing noise pollution. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the compressor can be installed anywhere in the vehicle – in any installation position.

Oil-free serial-compressor stations
with membrane dryers
The standard station has an oil-free compressor, control gear, and quick coupling with hose nozzle. The compact design allows the cooler and the membrane dryer to be mounted on the top of the pressure receiver, which features the antibacterial internal coating. Further options such as a fine filter and an operational hours meter are available.

ZK-modular system
The flexible ZK-modular system offers various component combinations in order to construct the optimised compressor station with or without membrane dryer. This enables individual customer requirements to be fulfilled quickly and economically.
The following components are available for a customised compressor system
- Oil-free compressor aggregates with free air delivery rates from 25 l/min and 300 l/min. Driven by a single-phase or three-phase motor option.
- Individual DC-versions are available on request.
- Five different pressure receivers sizes from 3 l to 90 l
- Different types of control gear with mechanic starting sphere or automatic solenoid valve are available as well as the required safety-relief valve, pressure gauge and mains cable
- A large selection of accessories such as suction filter, pressure hoses, quick-couplings etc. are available.
- A membrane-dryer system is available as a separate component. Special drying/dew point levels can be met upon request.
